2. If 10 days has gone by after you receive the product, you are not eligible for a refund.

3. Partial refund:

- Item has obvious signs of use

- Item is damaged or missing sections

4. Procedure for refund:

- Email hunniebunboutique@gmail.com and wait for a response (you will receive a response within 48hrs)

- Follow instructions as per email response

5. Please note that you will only receive refund once the returned item has been delivered
